Go-Live Readiness Assessment

Every item must be confirmed before the Go/No-Go decision is made
Go-Live readiness: 0 / 15 confirmed
Decision Rule: All 15 items must be confirmed (βœ“) before approving go-live. Any single item not completed is grounds for delaying the go-live date.
